The better option would be to drop LWotC from your mod list, and then rebuild a mod-list around Covert Infiltration, using Point Based Not-Created Equal, which this mod should be able to interact with just fine... I think
Or just accept LWotC is exactly what it says it is, a full game overhaul. And live with the choices, decisions and things it forces to happen in it's own way.
With LWotC's... :: Unlikely as LWotC has completely different methods for handling things that making this work with it, will break it for every other form of play ...
So I would use this to create a rookie soldier, then use other commands to set the class
Will search your pool for a Skirmisher named Rusty DIos and give you that unit at Colonel rank, if the unit cannot be found in the Character Pool it will create a new unit.
