"One with the Machine" should probably be changed to pop growth bonus since Cybernetics don't really utilize pop assembly anymore.

@Crusaderjack Yep, it's updated for 3.12. Leaders with the new ritualist implants trait are also now able to get these traits

@DFW Kerser Yeah I agree, however all the current delegate galcom traits are pretty underpowered so the aim is just to align with those.

Looks incredibly balanced, good job! Only thing I would buff is economic projections, 10% economy weight is not a lot at all.
