once again this would require a total rebuild and should be ok for anyone who wishes to animate on this map as this isn't its selling point.

this was because of the retexture when the map had texturing issues I will update it soon

Water ok this one I worked on as well and The water has to stay the way it is.
Source only allows 1 water block per map If I was to extend the water out it would look horible and I would have to remake the hole map to fix this problem.

I have been looking though all your critisisum and I have had a few problems.

The colour light and shadow are caused by the sun being low to create the awsome shadows inside the dojo this is personaly uneditable without directly impacting the look inside and thats what the maps made for the outside is a after thought.

I would but they have a huge lighting issue and so had to remove them so it looked correct
Back to the water, (this is just nitpicking now), there's one tiny puddle on the stone pathway, right here: http://sta.sh/020qkmd3zwwb Another tiny problem I noticed was that you used the shoji wall model to make the tiny "windows" on the sides of the building. It's a nice touch, but it adds a bit of clipping into the ceiling, as seen here: http://sta.sh/01lq6j9b27zj
Another noticable problem with the water is the "moat" right outside the walls of the dojo garden: http://sta.sh/07pp2a27h9c (Then again, I don't know if they even ARE meant to be moats)
These are pretty much all the problems and things I noticed when moving around this map. I hope you get around as soon as possible to fixing them, as this map has a LOT of great potential! Good luck!
Okay, while your work with the water certainly is impressive, there are some SERIOUS problems where the water meets the skybox! See for yourself!

To fix this, I'd suggest you extend the real map a bit further, then start the skybox at the bottom of waterfall. I think that would fix this problem.

Plus, the sun appears to be using an invisibility watch: http://sta.sh/01q3r2kzmk9f I'd suggest you either fetch the 2fort skybox sun model, or add a volumetric light there.
To start off, I noticed you used only a single light to illuminate the exterior during the day. Also, with the skybox, people think it's midday, not a sunrise or sunset the yellowish color of the light indicates. I have had a massive problem just trying to update this map for you as I have had a second issue with one of the items on the map and pinpointing it down and that's the reason for the delay in release.
But we have just updated the map and we are looking good there are a few issues with the map I would like to mention which will be fixed there are a few floating tree's in the skybox which will be fixed soon.
the water disappears as it goes into the skybox IM sorry but this is a issue with SFM and it wont allow skyboxes to render water.
Also the map does end after the trees at the back by the road.
When playing the map in tf2 mode you can walk though some of the tree's
Skybox isn't to prity im sorry but its my first 3D skybox and will be fixed when I remake the map in the future.
I would also like to add that some of the map isn't to realistic to the setting im very sorry about this as I have had to use a bit of artistic license to get the map to work with the resources that I currently have.
