If you have any other replacements regarding face textures or any content you have in your addons folder (that is overriding this mod, then that'll do it.

Not sure if the combine are exactly cosmetic focused if you look at stalkers, stripped combine, and headcrabs zombies lol, but yeah i gotcha i did think on if it was a bit much

injury sticks out like a sore thumb...it makes it look like the combine doctor basically caved in his skull to make it stick.
