Do I really need to pour thousands of hours to have my points valid? Look at the games like Escape from Tarkov or Insurgency series for example, those are experiences that are not fun by design and never meant to be, it's the player who decides is it fun or not but you still can't argue with the design, you are literally playing by the games rules (if you didn't make thousands of changes to the core gameplay with your own scripts, mods, etc). The point was in the fact that people who are puking out those mods don't value the game and people who defend/download those kind of mods are of the same kind. This stuff needs to be ignored by everyone, if you can't ignore it and subscribe to it or you're defending it - you're just disgracing the game. I have nothing more to say.

You may want to see this game's workshop total results too, you can tell it's not as active as GmoD's workshop for example, so there's no way mods that are actually cool to you can get lost behind others (unless it's too much finger strength for you to scroll down I guess.)

Overall, there is just no point in trying to make this a "I love the game more than you!!!!!!!" competition when both Jenoxen and I have over a thousand hours. You like the game's stock style? Cool, you're not the center of the universe though, so not everyone thinks the same way as you do, nor are you the "stock feeling chad" for never getting bored of it, although you can't be so sure with that amount of hours.

The points still remain, if you don't like it, you can just not download and ignore, and you won't even be seeing them in your screen.
I don't understand how you think you got all the right to say all of this with only 15 hours of playtime either. A lot of players may eventually want to try out some mods because they have hundreds of hours of playtime and either get bored of the stock feeling or just want to have some fun and giggles, this happens with literally any other game that supports modding.
"This game was never meant to be any fun" is a wild thing to say too, ain't that the main point of a videogame? Don't respond to that though, saying that was stupid and there's no way to defend it.

There's nothing wrong with the mods that improve the game with nice details or new gun models that ACTUALLY fit the game and have the style of original game in it (not call of duty type of bullsh1t), or good maps that feel good enough to be on par with official maps. It's the anime models/tacticool weapons that ruin modding scene for every single game out there. And you're just supporting that cancer, overshadowing real cool mods that are made for the games. Grow a fuсking spine.

Playing the game for 10+ years didn't made you appreciate the way it is, it is your kind that kills the game, you never valued how stock game feels like and you're always willing to sh1t out worst imaginable ways to add some sort of replayability of the game with awful and over-the-top mods, I don't tell people how to play their games, I just stare with disgust at those kind of mods that "KeEp ThE gAmE aLiVe" and what's the point of knowing the "advanced movement" when we are talking about the mods and the game?
