Not really? Maybe you installed a new mod that's conflicting with it, or maybe it's the new workshop system. I would move the vpks from the workshop folder into a custom folder for better compatibility

You need to get the materials from the Avila HEV mod and the Romka ZECU mod respectively

Hey man awesome mod btw. i just have a little problem, the avila and romka bodies of the zombies appear to be the pink and black but the headcrab is fully modelled how do i fix this?

this misses "ss_headcrab" model files which prevent it from showing up in some scripted sequences (like the scientist crushing the headcrab with the computer monitor), just a small heads up but other than that this works pretty well

Added Romka's ZECU support, has both skull and no-skull options. BMCE will take a bit longer, it's not as simple as I thought it would be

It should already be compatible with the better ragdolls mod, as that one is just the physics models of the npcs. Make it so the better ragdolls is loaded before this mod's vpk by adding exclamation marks to the filename
