Did you manage to fix your issue? BTW something that I didn't notice when I made the tutorial is that in the ConVar menu at the right-side of the console there's a HUD toggle button that you can use without running the cl_drawhud command

thank you Viper! your new CS2 tutorials helped me a bunch! I just couldn't figure out how to cl_drawhud 0 because the console said it was cheat protected even after I did sv_cheats...
