Settings:
PCs 1,3,4 share the same settings - https://t.ly/_f-qO | https://t.ly/UQECr
2 and 5 had everything at default but their fps was set to 45
Regarding your issue, I have tried to replicate it on two different PCs, but I cannot find the mismatch (video: https://t.ly/Wv40I )
Can you try using the wallpaper on another PC to confirm it?

I'm just a beginner and don't know much about the WE editor, and I couldn't find any guides about the used effects.
