Absolutely love this one! In the early '80s, on one floor, David Lee Roth, the lead singer of Van Halen lived next door to Robin Zander, the lead singer of Cheap Trick. What a time that must have been to live there.

Question: do you have any plans to do LA/SoCal inspired assets that aren't based strictly on any real-life location? I ask because I'm doing a SoCal city that isn't based on any real-life city, so I'm always on the lookout for good SoCal style assets that aren't too iconic, so I can make them my own.
