Stardust Whirlwind allows infinite stall needs a nerf

Pretty cool mod, some questionable di mods but they do put you in a not so good position enough with their knockback, could have the Kid Dynamite super scale more than once.

Genuinely one of the most balanced modded character if you compare it to the other modded characters. Not to mention hes not good in the air and can be outclassed by many characters even as a grounded fighter. Zed Night has (or had) a massive skill issue

What is Irish Handshake good for? Its a guard break but doesn't do dmg or lead to a hard KD. The follow up after word isn't guaranteed. Seems like is only good in combos
