I saw someone making MW2019 playermodels and he always include two variants, classic biped and Arc9 edited : https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2986151397
Thought it would be nice to have a variant too, cuz you can literally see someone reload animation and all with Arc9. It's just sick to have this feature on a already animated playermodel

I gave the ability to remove the patch incase people would like to use it as a guard. Model is created to be used for both, really up to whoever is using it.
