@German I did just update it at your request.

There's a new start that is exactly the same as the regular one except for starting stats and money are halved and you also have a bit lower quality gear/weapons.

That's a weird bug.

I did just spent 5 minutes testing various weapons in both slots and it's behaving normal for me.

Might be another mod causing this problem or a rare bug.

Try verifying your files, maybe some file is broken or missing.

Only when choosing this start does my character become unable to equip an weapon in the 2nd Slot.
