@Misty I believe so, because if you finish womb 2 the trapdoor will bring you back to basement 1. The mode lasts until you die, from what I can make of it.

one of the best mods on the workshop cuz like. there isn't really a reason to *not* ever have it on. it does an amazing job integrating itself into the vanilla game. almost every other mod out there feels "out of place" at least to some extent but this is perfect in its simplicity

are items from this mod working for you guys? I get for example fish hook, which was tears + shot speed up but I get no stat ups. Same with some other modded items, probably from this mod

On my first attempt to unlock Abel I started up my first run as Cain, went into my item room right off spawn and found Abel in my first room

@JitteryJared I have obtained the item before. I am not 100% sure if the effects are what I will explain now: The item makes the tears fly towards the enemy without you needing to aim. It is not homing though! Basically it is aim asist. If you shot the tears they will auto fly in the direction the nearest enemy is, so for example if a enemy is diagonal to you the tears will fly in a diagonal direction from your character towards that enemy.
