ADD IT IN SO THE SET CAN ACTUALLY BE COMPLETED

To this day it still baffles and bewilders me why Valve decided to add the other two cosmetics that make up the Turtle Engineer set, but not this one.

My condolences for not getting this in with the rest of the set.
