They have a max range which means they cannot see a player up to 250 m(less or more), and this map isnt nodded which means that they couldnt move around. So I had to place them in narrow spaces or in corners, where the player appears really close to NPC's.

That looked cool. How did you get everything put around like that? If I were to the npcs would just shoot me.
