@Cordelephan i have fixed it, it was a mod called open cities where u dont go threw the loading screen so it basicly replaced it with a new one like it was the same but the mod was puting it in the other main loading screen area so it was not compatable so i uninstalled it and i got to the cheast and got it sry for ur problems if you can make it campatilbe im not telling u to do it but its and idea again the mod name is "open cites" i think u get it threw skyrim nexus but sry fot ur problems btw loved it 1 problem tho the wind makes it harder to hear and thats all i have to say again sry for ur problems right now im have sooo much fun with it hope u make a 4th 1 :D

The mod IS usable with SKSE. I never said that it wasn't usable with SKSE. I myself use SKSE, as do most modders, so of course it's gonna be compatible with SKSE. You clicked the green Subscribe button, and it didn't appear on your Data Files list? It should have, unless there's a Steam error or something. Do you have Bass Cannons of Skyrim Part 1 and Part 2 installed? If now, that might be the problem. Also, if you have another mod installed that changes the landscape of Whiterun, that has also been found to cause errors with the chest not appearing. Other than that, I cannot help you.

there is a problem i can not see the chest like i did not download it i did every thing i made sure it was cheaked i used reguler skyrim and waited for all the mods to load

why im asking is i LOVE THIS MOD ALOT this was the first mod i installed and i mean part 1 and i just used it alot had fun with it and stuff

Ok, so there are Bass Cannons, such as the Mark 12 , for example, that are not Dwarven. The Mark 12 is actually Daedric, and i believe there is a Glass one, an Elven one, an Ebony one, and some others in there as well. Just gotta go take a look at 'em.

Maybe, some one Already requested this one, but I would like to see Far Away by Feed Me and Kill the Noise. Also, now that i think bout it, I have a huge list of songs taht might go well with this mod. The Transporter by Bolivian Marching Affair, Halo by James Egbert, Your Dark Side by Felxprod, and anything from Excision. On a final note, a song you should check out is Diminuendo by The Slag. it has a slow start, but when you hit that drop, its totally worth it.
