If you link me to all your mods I could try to figure it out, I haven't had that issue and I don't see why the question mark would still appear but the description wouldn't.

Mods that add diplomatic actions shouldn't cause any issues.

Yes quite a bit actually. I have a couple mods that add diplmatic actions, might that be a problem? Others are mostly event or graphics related

It's integrated into Ante Bellum, not Anbennar.

It should work with either version.

I got confused, is this mod already integrated into anbennar so I dont need to download it, or it isn't. There is line that says that mod is integrated, and in the same time just below in KNOW ISSUES is written "When used with Anbennar". And also I don't understant with what version of anbennar it works. Steam's or BB's one?

That's probably caused by some map graphics mod you're using, this mod doesn't touch anything to do with the map.

You legend, it works though you can see the vanilla map outprint for some reason

Clicking what? Clicking the question mark icon isn't supposed to do anything, you just hover over it to view the tooltip.
