サイドパネルの部分のことを指しているのでしょうか。
こちらでほぼ全てのmodを外した状態でも確認してみましたが特に問題はなかったです。
スカニアはバニラ状態とのことですが、こちらではこれ以上確認できないので、あとは個人で導入しているmodを確認していただくしかないと思います。

Are you referring to the side panel part?
I checked here with almost all mods removed and there were no particular problems.
Scania is said to be in vanilla state, but I can't confirm any further here, so I think the only thing left to do is to check the mods that you have installed.

Uh... what scania tuning/reworked mods you use ? When i apply to my vanilla scania it look like this :
