Would probably be smarter to just grab Caleb voicepack and run him through some "make him sound outworldly/angelic" filters
Smoke, realistically, I could make only if I were using MK1 lines, but my experience so far with them (as I updated bunch of my previous MK voicepacks with new lines if they used same voice actor) is that they need support from other games to create fleshed out voicepack. If I were to make something, then it probably would be similar to my DMC Trish voicepack, just combat-related lines like enemy spotting, killing or missing.
Tremor would be using MKX lines, so that could be something more filled-out. But no promises.
For either ninja.
As for Dr Doom... wink, wink, rub shoulders, laugh maniacally
:) I mostly meant pulling stuff from films/TV, of course. I didn't know you lean on game vocals more prominently. But still, it is good that I mentioned it, hopefully someone else will pick it up.
Be well.
@mhmtkfz: I don't have plans to work on him, especially if you talk about TV Show.
and also ... What @Egir said ... Christopher Walken
X-Com "Needs more Cowbell"
I'm still waiting for Chriistopher Walken though. I mean, C'M ON, his is one of the most iconic voices, and tons of humor that can be used.
Thank you PsyCHo!

I was hoping someone would make a Nic Cage voice pack eventually!
