late reply and all, but it was mostly Photoshop touch ups, my bases were Odell_version2.vtf and given that its BGR888 (uncompressed in .vtf terms), undoing the shady was pretty easy, but you'll also have to manually fix the colors and the more darker spots of his hair in the latter
