Since the update it uses a diferent texture file so you will have to up date it

Probably because the recent update screwed up the texture files. Or just that its conflicting with some other mod.

I don't know why, but the skin don't load in my game :S. I have suscribed to the mod, but when I enter in any match, I see the vanilla M9 with the blue 87.

Try Gimp out. Just google it. It's almost on par with Photoshop and it's freeware. It's awesome.
Alternatively, Photoshop CS2 is now a free download from Adobe since they decided to close the authentication servers for it.
I have both programs installed and use Gimp most of the time but probably only because I learned how to use it before I got Photoshop. Both can do pretty much the same things.
