Both the Ore and Carbon boxes only have 8 slots.
And for some reason I can't fix it with the mod editor.

I think it was a mistype it is 8 instead of 80. Fixed my own but you may want to fix your mod! :)

Is there a reason the Carbon box is sooo much smaller than all the others?

I did this same thing in my game ages ago, but never published it. Beyond Stranded was still being maintained at that time. It's not anymore, as far as I can tell. Surprised you don't have this set to public visibility.
