I tryed it that in the corner building it will bugy and dont show in the game. idk why.

If you look you uploaded mods you see there is add/remove required items, so add that pack in there, so it should work properly.

You should add that texture pack need for working independency, included Add Required Items.

for people who have that mod it will working fine nobody saying anything wrong, so just subscribe that mode and you will have the textures. and there will didnt be errores

what the textures missing for me working everything fine. btw if you dont know what the textures is you need download latam building set

Textures are missing, in your mod. wrong directory in .mtl files
$TEXTURE 0 workshop_subscribed/2781603355/Mal_Plain4/panel_5.dds
It shoul be like below, so upload you textures there.
$TEXTURE 0 ../Mal_Plain4/panel_5.dds
