yeah, but only the red variant.
making the labcoat colour on blu, blue-ish, would feel so forced

Adding team colours is the one thing Valve seems to honour so doing this is fine.

Macabre web wasn't team colored originally too but Sacc Striped and Elfin Enamel are team colored

you could tell valve to implement these things, you just have to add "_blue" next to the texture layer. and also the only way i could make promos in team colour (when the warpaint base is not team coloured) is to swap current textures with a different variant.
and if you still dont think thats right, team serviced (used anodized aloha) and saccharine striped (used macabre web mk.ii) are in the game.
