Really sorry guys but the latest update made most, if not all mods break, and according to a friend of mine (He made mods such as Roman Houses) he couldn't find the exact things that changed. "Updating" this mod, I'm assuming, would be to completely remake it. That's just not something I'm interested in using my time on. If any of you want to, feel free to update/remake it and even upload it.

Yeah I love this mod and I know it's unlikely, but I have to politely ask that you update this mod so it can be used once again. I sorely miss it.

Please update for the last patch.

This is balanced for the base game, so it would be an odd thing to mix into DeI which is supposed to be realistic if I'm not mistaken. However unless DEI uses custom buildings, it should. It's pretty much impossible for unit mods to be incompatible with other mods.

It does support it, currently using anothers mod that has spear units to the temple, not sure how exactly you go about doing it tho, (I'm not any good at modding, :)......if interested tho in finding out from him, just run a search (athena temple)... hope it helps.

I had some issues with another unit making them recruitable from temples, and I'm not sure the game even supports that, unfortunately.

Sorry but that's impossible, unless you have Athens subjugated and they have that barracks. I have previously stated that I want them to be only for Athens, though.

Okay, I tweaked the mod slightly, so tell me if you can recruit them from either level 4 barracks now- you should be able to.

@Cody38 Just looked if I could recruit them from lvl4 barrack, but no still can't. Thanks for looking into this. I'm looking forward to have some great archer as Athens !!

@ladal7 I will look into this. Might be because they recently changed buildings. See if you can recruit them from the level 4 infantry barracks.

well I just installed it, got as lvl4 auxiliary camp but cant recruit them. Ive enabled outofdate mod and this one in particular. Still, no bow of Artemis.

Yep, unit mods are pretty much always compatible with anything. Although of course, Athens is only available in Grand campaign.

Cody I just want say your mod rocks, nice job.

I kind of want them to be Athens specific, but if you subjugate/make client state of Athens, you can recruit their units while in their region. if they have the right barracks, you can have a chance of them being recruitable.

could you allow them to be mercenaries available in the hellas region? or maybe just available if you capture athens?

Thanks, Karma! Nothing to do with history besides the name of the Goddess, Artemis, who was the Goddess of hunting and archery. All of my units so far are either inspired by Rome 1 or like this, made with some small inspiration and an idea.
