The painted balaclava simply looked ugly as ♥♥♥♥, cope.
Even then, the more offensive paints in the game are choices made by Valve: if you really do not like those paints and consider some of them problematic when it comes to team recognition, than messaging Valve about this is probably going to be better than getting mad at workshoppers for making their items paintable.

I can understand the complaints regarding paints like Salmon and such
