This set is awesome! All the parts of this set are well designed and fit the soldier theme completly. I can't wait for this set to become avalible use in Team Fortress 2.

This Got added but the Beard Didnt :(

While this is an awesome set that brings out the Scout's more mercenary side to bear, I can see this looking better with a few tweaks(so V2 soon?). The face and hat could be combined into a single item, with the style being the default and the 5 o'clock with and without the cigar(personally without the cig, permanently). The Vest could use longer sleeves, to avoid confusion. And thanks to the combination of the face and hat items, you can make the pants in the similar style of this set. I do not mean to sound like a ungrateful idiot, so apologies. And good job on this set.
