The in-game translation for the Battle of Djahy quotes is awkward and appears to originate in an older source. You might prefer to update it to this:

They laid hands upon the land, even unto the ends of the earth, with hearts full of pride, saying, ‘Our plans shall surely prosper!’ But those who ventured near my borders vanished without trace; their hopes dashed forever.

As for those who sailed upon the seas, flames engulfed them at the harbour’s mouth, and walls of metal enclosed them on the shore. They were brought low, their ships overturned, their lives extinguished. Their vessels lay broken upon the beach, while their possessions sank beneath the waves.

The letter where Burna-Buriash complains about the ‘gold’ is captioned as ‘to Tutankhamun’, but Amenhotep IV was king in 1350 when that letter was written, not Tutankhamun.

Also when Thutmose IV describes himself as ‘traversing ways like a jackal’, in the in-game translation he refers to a mysterious ‘she’, but in the real text he refers to himself and to no mysterious ‘she’.

For some reason I keep seeing the same quote for Egyptian factions: 'It is a wicked thing to ... an old man'.

The mod has now been updated for the Hide Tides Free-LC patch. Please let me know how it goes and report any bugs you encounter (if any).

Always bothered me that they did with Shogun 2, and after that I figured that any quote in any of their games would also be fake.

So silly of them to do that.

I tried some years ago to make contact with them, but I don't recall have been responded on FB.
The last demo on itch.io is already 1 year and 7 months old. Soooo much have been done since them, even I find it quite enjoyable, even without the discovery factor of discovering things in the game ^^
I'm most proud of the weigh of ruling as big faction, you can feel that you are still being on the edge and that you are not almightly powerful

Ah you're the dev of that game! Very cool, I've been looking at it a bit myself since I work on Age of Bronze for Rome 2 (am the 3D artist on that mod, did most of the new armours/helmets etc myself).

Its not out yet, but I have to finish the Tutorial and correct some last things and thats it
