lo mas seguro es el orden de carga, necesitas fijarte que tengas bien acomodado el mod en el orden de carga, yo procuro poner primero mods de animaciones, luego los que agregan razas, luego los mods de parches y por ultimo mods pesados, al menos asi yo acomodo mis mods
