Crashes every time I try to use that map

the fog shows the inside of the citadel so it looks like a chunk of the the background citadel is missing

Nope. I don't know why they would be invisible, maybe you have a mod that conflicts with the doors?

Is there a separate addon for the doors? They're invisible to me

You can use the train at the train station (By clicking on one of the consoles to call it to you) or you can noclip to it.

Update notes:

Replaced the path to the city with a (wip) destroyed part of the city rather than a long hallway.

Fixed a combine door from opening into the skybox.

Added some nodes to the city.

Removed the gap going to nowhere.

Removed the pods and buttons.

Added a moveable metal cover over the sewers.

Replace a nodraw texture on the roof of the
train station, which made part of the roof
look like it was gone.

Added a temporary fix for a broken lift.
