I normally just edit the server.vdf, which does work, as long as the convar is already present in there. I never tried adding them manually before this. That is not the problem though.

The problem is just that the convars are not created by the server. Maybe they are included in some different file? I'm just wondering because pap_big_pickle_gun_size, pap_big_pickle_gun_health and ttt_pap_big_pickle_gun are there, just not the other three.

I added it to the server.cfg now and that method works. For some reason I didn't consider that. Thanks for helping!

@Kreddel Well I just tested them and they are all working for me, are you adding your convars to the server.cfg file?

server.vdf is only for "archived" convars to save their state, it's not meant to be edited.
On a dedicated server you need to put your convars line-by-line in the server.cfg file.

I can't permanently change the convars on my TTT2 server. They are not present in my server.vdf. I can change them via the console but they reset with every map change (which is the case will all my convars, but that's some different problem. I can adjust everything directly in the server.vdf still). The convars related to PAP are in the server.vdf but the three listed under Settings/Convars are just not there and I also can't add them manually. I can't rule out the possibility that it's a problem of my server, but maybe you could take a look if your convars are defined the right way. Thank you in advance
