Definitely Mandela. There was a voice line saying "Help Us" but no God in the voice line. You may be mixing it with the reversed zombie cry which says "God help me"

Mud Dauber, thats the point, is to only hear the first half of what they say, in lore their vocal cords have been replaced with speakers and voicecoders, the reason the voice is cut off half way is cause their modified vocals are preventing them from speaking their mind and instead making that WEEERIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII AHHHHHHHHHHH which is a computer code that overwatch uses to get quick info on the deceased solder and the surroundings
