I should probably also mention, the Menu-mod is incompatible with gmod's current main menu. It does work, but you have to remove the mod's file when you're going to mount a new game to Gmod

If you want the load save files to appear on gmod main menu, I would highly recommend Menu-Mods by GModModGod
