When I die Gordon Freeman is not shown he is shown invisible I do not have any playermodel replaced only when I kill myself with Gordon Freeman Beta his ragdoll is not shown or when we kill each other he is shown as Invisible do you think you can fix it?

The hands show up as the regular hev hands but just really poorly textured, I don't understand why this happens

This problem is due to some addon. I play with this model all time and have never seen such a problem.
