If there is no new gear who need go be patched, and stats of old gears didn't change, the mod should be working already.

Seems to me like it's working in 1.6, though only tested very briefly.

The biotech Mechlord armor is not made of Eltex, don't improve the psychic sensitivity, so is not patched.

I can patch the new eltex stuff added by Vanilla Psycasts expanded, but it seems they use meditation as a way to level up, and the eltex gear become already useful for the psychic sensitivity itself, so maybe it will be too OP?
