Maintaining team colors is less of a rule and more of a guideline. If it's just a little bit of red or blue it doesn't really create any kind of problem, although it does kind of just look less good on certain teams than it could. A lot of green/bluish warpaints are good examples of that I think where they look quite nice on the blu mercenaries because the blu mercenaries have their entire outfit based around that kind of color, while on red you can see stuff like the Pacific Peacemaker or teal/blue Macaw Masked stick out quite badly.

The teal is fine. We have a similar color as a paint can, and as far as warpaints go Macaw Masked, Freedom Wrapped, Frozen Aurora and others broke the team color rules a long time ago.

Hmmmm, I don’t know about the blue, I think it needs to be toned down a bit, the first thing my eyes picked up was the blue, and that could throw people off, if it is turned down well enough, it should be fine.
