Shouldn't Kemmler get the hexwraith/ Mortis engine RoR or is there a lore reason I don't know about?

i can't seem to make it work with Astragoth, how and where will i be able to recruit the RoR?

Vampire coast has a couple thematic RoRs. I know there is one tied to Luthor, the Black Spot RoR, and one to Noctilus, the Bloody Reaver Deck Guard.

Great mod. I always find myself bored and restart campaigns all the time. This makes the early game much more fun.
