Alright it's quite good now, but for the leather to really be convincing at anything below factory new it'll need a custom wear. You'd have to swap to a different base though. The wear for the leather just has to be a little lighter than the unworn leather. I don't know of any base that wouldn't require an extra texture though. You could probably just duplicate one texture for that base if you wanna keep two textures for it.

these simpler war paints are soo good, i think theres better work since the summer update, cool stuff!

I really like the color choices, but the main textures are pretty plain.
The leather needs a bit more definition to pass as leather. The iron is fine, since generally iron is a "default" material in tf2 so it seems to work fine in this look.
Also show wear screenshots.

This war paint is simple and it makes the guns still look like guns. Very solid
