Does it really do something? I've been playing with it for years and still haven't noticed a difference. Oh well, I'll keep it for the placebo effect lol.

Mod is outdated in 1.36;

PDX modified how certain personalities get assigned.
And this mod is overwriting it.
Mod would still work, however new changes wouldn't get applied.

Great Mod. Just, copying new file and adding wants_avoid_ugly_borders = yes to every personality would fix it.

Hey there, what does this mod change exactly? I’m curious as to how this actually works. Does it just make it so the AI only chooses provinces that it can access or?

Jayshua_Lyn it isnt a perfect fix.. it was never meant to be. seperatist revolts and other stuff like that can still mess up borders, ai will just tend to take not messy borders in peace deals.

and double check to make sure you dont have any other mods conflicting with how ai takes peace deals, or ruler personalities.

Too bad it doesn't always work if ever... AI still grabs land that makes no sense and NOT in States. I figured it should only take states if it can?

@Mettt Bordergore in Crusader Kings 2/3 is a lot more acceptable than in EU4, due to the nature of the feudal system.
