highlighting with neon-bright colors is never a good idea in TF2. The texturework and the base is fine, but god remove that highlight.

The lines are too thin generally. The team color version also looks kinda odd with the color choices

come on the only resemblance with kiln and conquer is the glowing line.

Honestly just a better kiln and conquer. Not a fan of the color you picked for blu though, I think a dark blue would go a lot more nicely compared to turquoise.
