The best hint i can give right now is, try to control the settlements hat let you forge the talisman that provides +18 ward save....right now those are the only things protecting from the massive amount of burning that khorne/tzeentch brings lol.

Build Zandri pyramid first. Everything else you can build the entryway and the two starter pieces...wait till zandry is built first before starting in on the penalty blocks of the other pyramids.

Best start for Lords is Rhupresh and Thutep; they will allow you to build up regions extremely quickly and both have generalist armies so easy to recruit a workable force.

Still testing things, Kallida campainge, Hard/Hard . So far you can bring out armies faster but theres still so many things to buy that youre always going to be starved for Canopic Jars until super late game.

Balance is better than before for sure. Tzeentch and Slaanesh own to the left of you and Khorne on the right..so its still a battle to advance. Almost everyone on the map will hate you when you start building pyramids lol.

I also found that collecting the books is easier now, except for the one that resides down near the chorfs...that one can be a pain.

This is my absolute favorite mod for my absolute favorite faction in this entire game.
I'm eagerly awaiting the new update. Fortunately, I have a banging great new mod (Alien | Rimworld) for, of course, Rimworld, to keep me entertained until then.

I am curious what a 'full revision' means for post 6.3. Is everything being reworked from the ground up? Will the new version have totally different effects and skill trees and mechanics and such so that it won't resemble the current build? Or does it mean something a little less extreme than that?

1: How can I recruit the necrolith colossus? I looked in all my current buildings read through them, and none of them can make such a unit. Is there a special building somewhere?

2: Is there any chance you can make your mod compatible with the Tech-Tree Compilation mod?
