(moveset)
4/10 moveset lacks range and a more original moveset.
(design)
3/10 its cuphead with a hoodie and some goofy pants, unspired character at its finest.
(what i would improve on)
add more life and more complexity to the character, make him standout abit more than just sandbert but with sprites and some changed moves, make his down attack a slam or something, he struggles off-stage, and his bitboxes are waay to small, so i'd make the character a big bigger than normal, change some attacks to be more interesting. (i like the idea of the down-special being like a cloud limit thing)
hope this was helpful!!!
(overall character)
6/10 could be better, but if its your first character, its really good for your first character on the workshop!!
