If you want to play friendly, as captain you can give everyone a green ID card, which gives the bearer all rights (captain's rights). The cards are located in the locker (brown bag) in the captain's module, as it is on the original Атрон.

i've noticed a couple of things that you missed, those being the botany room's watering can weapon holder, and the captain's module hidden compartment (left of the ballast in the corner). regardless, lots of people including myself can't thank you enough for this translation.
