Nothing too fancy, just some global replace all and automatic deletion of lines that are identical to the ones in the base file (so it takes them from there instead of overriding them).
All pets and fish are still named the same, but the spawnclasses now use my pets instead. All his starting pets are now pets, so you cannot select them.
His vendors should therefore now sell my pets rather than none.
I don't know Essential all that well, so not sure who the red mage is, but I am not surprised that no one selling pets any more - other than my vendors. That is what the change does...
Will see if there is a better solution
Maybe what you are seeing are my pers and fish (there could be a name overlap - obviously there is one at least for the standard pets...) ?
Maybe I have to change his spawnclass...
