10 rounds magazine is to---o difficult to control,I want the AVS with 15 rounds magazine.

The sight in theory is aligned to 0 (at least in Unity), but i think random bullet deviation (spread) is making it not totally accurate.
It does 60 damage but knocks down in 1 hit, so in theory a single hit is a guaranteed kill. I didn't want to make it 1 shot since it's semi auto and thus bots would fire them like machine guns of insta kill bullets. That's the reason we usually don't make semi autos kill in 1 hit, since it's pretty annoying to face bots using them.
As for the magazine, the AVT rifles had the exact same 10 rounds magazine, although there's some evidence that they wanted to design 20 or 15 rounds ones. They didn't make it though, and in the end the AVTs were too brittle even for the 10 round bursts, so they were forced into semi auto.

the sights on the PU one are misaligned and 60 damage is insanely lol for a full size rifle cartridge, usually y'alls modded weapons are OP compared to vanilla but this is just a downgrade from the Garret, also AVT should have 20rd mag no?

This is the stats for the projectile, the damage should go from 60 to around 50 at around 500 meters, then from 50 to 40 at 1000 meters.
If bots are resisting shots for you it could be due to hitting the legs and arms, as they have a damage reduction multiplier. Doing 60 damage means 1 hit on the head, 2 on the chest, or 3 on arms and legs.
If you have the 3 shot again, try checking where you're shooting; if it's the chest clearly, it could be something wrong with the projectile which i'd have to test more deeply.

Idk i put it on 60 damage and the dropoff goes to half at around half the range, which should be around 500 meters or so. Maybe i'll need to check it again

It’d be nice to have the mp38 for historical reasons, but I doubt we can find a way to make it work different ingame. Maybe different animations?
