As for stats, it's basically no armor at all, with a 0.8 dex penalty, but 3x stealth multiplier. For the rifles, they come from my other large modpack (Driftmetal Remnants).

It's a quirk of how Kenshi's armor system works. I set this negative modifier on the torso slot armor too, but it does only seem to work on backpacks and belt items. Since i added the belt versions in like 5 minutes after someone asked for these, i never got rid of the athletics debuff. Will update now and remove it, it's frankly just annoying to play with in my opinion. Thanks for reminding me it's still on there.

I think this would go great with the Sneaking is Sus mod that makes people attack you if you don't stop sneaking near them once they spot you. Goes a long way to making sneak less OP, which makes this a more reasonably balanced option.

added belt versions, they retain the stats for now. Might add a purely cosmetic variant later on.
