I don't know what you mean by "bug out". But maybe you have some mod, like "Realestic Ragdolls", which has conflicting model's .phy files, because some models are replaced here. IDK what to do.

When using both, the regular combine soldiers work properly but the default metropolice don't and it makes the ragdoll contort. In their description they mention that the twisting of the ragdoll happens when replacement mods break the skeleton. I have verified this by using another texture replacer and it worked completely fine. Is there any chance you could fix this? Just to note, the female and elite metropolice models work normally with the death animations mod.
Model of what? You mean just repaint parts of the texture sheet discoloured and make a colour change map?
