It seems like there's something unusual with your mod. I can't quite understand why it would contain character files, and what's more, they appear to be outdated by now, they will lead to many bugs, you should remove or update them.

The best HOI4 anime mod so far, very close to the original style and well polished. Although there are some duplicated portraits. Highly recommend. Do make the kaiserredux version Please!

@Sleek this embedding stuff is fascinating. Seems kind of like making reference images into variables if I’m getting it right. Thanks for the response, if I ever get the time I’m interested in doing one of these for The Fire Rises lol

@feelinWitchy - I use embedding for style (Might wanna look it up because there's someone explained it better than me) but most of working process involves photoshop a lot.
As for basic setting - My main model right now are MeinaMXV11 , sampling method DPM++ 2M Karras , around 0.65 - 0.75 denoising strenght and sampling steps around 60 - 80.

Hey, can I ask what settings you use in the MeinaMX model to make these look so good? I've messed around but it always comes out slightly uncanny or way too extreme in terms of changes.
