@Krahe, based on what IShuffledYou has said this is not the mod breaking your premades. Nothing I have changed in this would affect such a thing

Krahe thats prolly cuz you are running the O.g. spawn bias mod. I have a huge list of mods and this doesn't break my premades.

Tons of mods do break that, some even break it if they are out of order.

@Airstor Nope, I know of no code that does that. If you want more information, check out the original No Ethics Spawn Bias mod linked in the description.

huh i thought that the Ethic Bias was based on your Empire Ethics. i.e if you are pacifist Xenophile you'll get more Militarist Xenophobes and vice versa.

It changes the spawn chance weights in the 00_ethics file to 150 for fanatic ethics and 100 for normal ethics. So each family of ethics has an equal chance at spawning as random empires. In normal stellaris, more hostile ethics have a higher chance of spawning on galaxy generation than friendly ones. This changes it so its equal.

What exactly does this do?
