You need to own the "Honey Bee Plush" in your Steam inventory. You can either do any external contract or external market job to or from Oklahoma City and then redeem it on World of Trucks [www.worldoftrucks.com], or you can buy it on the Steam Market for pretty cheap (at the time of typing this, at least).
